3. Subject of the services
The websites and applications provide free access to the following services:
- free online help and documentation at https://sayseeshow.com;
- the frequently asked questions section;
- free access to the Say See Show application with basic features;
- the optional purchase of a time-limited licence, which unlocks the advanced features.
Access requires an internet connection. The user bears the full cost of that connection (hardware, software and network).
4. Conditions of access and use
- 4.1. Access to the websites is free of charge.
- 4.2. The application can be used without a user account.
- 4.3. The first launch requires acceptance of the End User Licence Agreement. Without it, no feature is available.
5. Intellectual property
- 5.1. Trademarks: Say See Show and C'est si chaud are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
- 5.2. Content: all texts, visuals, logos, icons, images, sounds, videos, interfaces, source code, databases and algorithms are the exclusive property of Say See Show or of its partners.
- 5.3. Licence granted: the user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and worldwide licence to use the service, for the duration of the licence acquired.
- 5.4. Prohibitions: the user shall not reproduce, distribute, decompile, rent, alter or commercially exploit all or part of the service.
- 5.5. Under Article L122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code, any quotation must credit the author and the source.

7. Financial conditions

8. Limitation of liability
- 8.1. The services are provided as is, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

13. Amendment of the Terms

14. Severability and entry into force
If any clause of these Terms is held to be null, the other clauses remain fully valid.
These Terms come into force on May 7, 2025 and replace all earlier versions.
